In a previous version of windows 7 and windows 8 users have to use a free tool to turn on/off inactive windows scrolling feature. This feature is about, if you open a browser and then open excel sheet, the previously opened session will become inactive; to make it active you have to move the cursor and click on it to scroll. But in windows 10, in-built it has this feature which is enabled by default. Still, you can turn it off if you don’t want to use it. So now will show you how to turn on and turn off this feature in windows 10.
Go to left side of the start menu and click on settings, as like you find it from the below screenshot.
